Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trend Nexus is committed to your satisfaction. Here's everything you need to know about cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Overview

At Trend Nexus, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we have designed a straightforward refund and cancellation policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order on Trend Nexus. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Order Cancellation

Trend Nexus allows cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact the Trend Nexus support team immediately via email at contact@trendexus.shop.
  • After Dispatch: Once your order has been shipped by Trend Nexus, cancellation is no longer possible. You may, however, initiate a return upon delivery.
  • Refund on Cancellation: For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Return Policy

Trend Nexus offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order from Trend Nexus.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) from Trend Nexus must be provided.
  • The product must not fall under the non-returnable category (see below).

To initiate a return, email us at contact@trendexus.shop with your order ID and reason for return. Our Trend Nexus team will arrange a doorstep pickup within 2–3 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return or refund on Trend Nexus:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (once opened)
  • Digital products and downloadable software
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards or vouchers purchased through Trend Nexus

5. Refund Process

Once Trend Nexus receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved:

  • Online Payments (Cards, UPI, Net Banking): Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit or transferred via bank transfer within 7–10 business days. Please provide your bank account details upon request.
  • Wallet Credits: Available within 24–48 hours of refund approval.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Trend Nexus was at fault (e.g., wrong or defective item dispatched).

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from Trend Nexus, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@trendexus.shop with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Trend Nexus will arrange a free pickup and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges, within 5–7 business days.

7. Exchange Policy

Trend Nexus offers product exchanges (size, colour, or variant) on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at contact@trendexus.shop with your order ID and the exchange details.
  • The original item must be in unused condition with original packaging.
  • In case the exchange item has a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.
