  • Placing an order on Trendy Nexus constitutes an offer to purchase and is subject to our acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout via accepted payment methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, or COD where available).
  • We use PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Trendy Nexus does not store your full payment card details.
  • Order confirmation is sent to your registered email upon successful payment.

5. Pricing & Product Descriptions

Trendy Nexus strives to display accurate pricing and product information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are free from errors. In case of a pricing error on a confirmed order, we will notify you and offer a cancellation or correction.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer pan-India shipping. International shipping is currently unavailable.
  • Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days from dispatch. These are estimates and not guaranteed timelines.
  • Trendy Nexus is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Trendy Nexus platform, you agree NOT to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Trendy Nexus or other users.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or transaction.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial use, or reverse engineering of any content from this website without prior written consent from Trendy Nexus is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.

9. Product Returns & Refunds

Our refund and return terms are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By completing a purchase on Trendy Nexus, you agree to those terms as part of this agreement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Trendy Nexus website and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability
